• Description: CDT: The program seeks to train the worker in the area of his personal life before leaving. It is one of the requirements. DESAFIO GLOBAL (Global Challenge): On the field they receive training (language study, etc) based on the assigned field: 1 mes for the ships, 1 years for some other countries, before beginning to work with a people group.
